Pbbr advises on a €10.5m property sale

Pbbr has advised the shareholders of the Gold Tree Group on the sale of a company that owned a property located in downtown Lisbon, worth approximately 10.5 million euros.

Led by Pedro Pinto and Gonçalo Mendes Martins, partners at Pbbr, the multidisciplinary team involved several practice areas of the firm, namely corporate, real estate and urban planning and, tax. Also involved in this transaction were partners Tânia Ferreira Osório, and Mário Silva Costa, as well as associates Catarina Ruivo Rosa and André Marcos.
