Pérez-Llorca has advised Diploma on the 200 million euros acquisition of Dicsa
The Dicsa Group, manufacturer and distributor of hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and components, is part of the British business conglomerate Diploma PLC.
The company has an extensive international presence, with subsidiaries in Italy and America and sales offices in the main regions of the world. All this has enabled the company to achieve sales of more than 85 million euros in 2022.
Diploma said the acquisition will expand its established positions in the US and UK, and give it access to key markets in continental Europe, where Dicsa has strong exposure in Spain, France and Germany.
The team has been formed by Iván Delgado, partner of corporate, Isabel Moya, partner of laboral, Iciar de Lorenzo, Gonzalo Sánchez-Quiñones, Carlos Gabaldón and Alejandro Santamaría, corporate lawyers and Jaime Fernández-Durán, labour lawyer.
