Deloitte Legal advises on the spin-off of the holding company AMC Group
Deloitte Legal has provided tax advice to AM Fresh on the spin-off of the holding company AMC Group, one of the main players in the Spanish agri-food sector, which is now divided into AMC Natural Drinks and AMC Fresh.
AMC Group, the third largest Spanish group in international food sales, and its members AMC Natural Drinks Group are separating to continue their growth independently.
The transaction aims to leave autonomy to implement in each division a policy of own family business so that the partners of reference, Antonio and Álvaro Muñoz acquire each one of them, the totality of the division that managed by means of operations of MBO.
The transaction has been advised by the tax team: Francisco Martín Barrios (partner), Cristobal Martí (partner) and Carlos Vilaplana (senior associate).
