Zurbarán on the €1.2m financing round of Hoop Carpool
Zurbarán Abogados advises Ship2B Ventures on the €1.2 million financing round of Hoop Carpool, a Spanish carpooling platform.
Ship2B has led this transaction through BSocial Impact Fund, and has been supported by Banco Sabadell, FEI and Axis, 4Founders Capital, Lanai Partners and “business angels” such as Juan José Mostazo and Carles Florensa.
Through this round, Hoop Carpol will consolidate its presence in the Spanish market and will begin its expansion into Portugal, Mexico and Colombia.
The Zurbarán Abogados team has been led by Ricardo Torres, partner in the corporate and private equity/venture capital department, and Blanca Compagni Rodríguez-Sacristán, lawyer in the corporate department.
