Linkia Legal is born
Linkia Legal, based in Madrid, has been created to promote the arrival of French businesses in Spain by its founding partner and director, Sergio Román Alonso, and its managing partner, Carmen López Lizán (ex Ceca Magán).
Román is in charge of the French Desk and the Commercial area, specialising in Real Estate. A member of the Madrid Bar Association, he has advised many French companies in their development and arrival in Spain.
López is a member of the Bar Association of Elche and an expert in Labour Law. She is also the head of the firm’s Labour Department. Previously, she has practised in firms such as Ceca Magán Abogados and has worked with internationally recognised French firms.
The firm specialises in providing legal support to both start-ups and companies in the industrial and real estate sectors (construction companies, developers, funds and investors) and family businesses from French-speaking countries such as France, Canada, Switzerland, Belgium and Morocco.
“Far from treating our clients’ business as a watertight compartment, we always look at all the variables. We cover all branches of business law, which allows us to be a one-stop-shop for our French-speaking and national clients,” explains López.
“This transversal vision of law would not be possible without a team of specialised and experienced professionals, who are at the same time close, agile and business-oriented for our clients. Our vision of the practice of law is backed by the trust placed in us and the results we have achieved over the years,” adds Román.
