Sérvulo strengthens labour with Mariana Pinto Ramos & Luísa S. Pereira

Sérvulo has strenghened its labour team with the integration of (pictured from left to right) Mariana Pinto Ramos and Luísa S. Pereira.

Mariana Pinto Ramos joins from VdA, where she has practiced law since 2017, having previously worked at PLMJ between 2015 and 2017. She began her professional career as a trainee lawyer at Correia, Seara, Caldas, Simões e Associados. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon, obtained in 2010, and is currently a PhD candidate in Legal and Business Sciences at the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon. She also holds a Master’s degree in Legal and Business Sciences and a Postgraduate degree in Business Law, both from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon. Additionally, she has a Postgraduate degree in Public Procurement Law and Practice from the Catholic University Faculty of Law. Mariana has authored scientific articles in the field of Labor Law and Data Protection and has participated in various conferences on Labour Law.

Luísa S. Pereira joins from NSM Advogados, where she practiced law since 2021. Previously, she worked with DCM Lawyers, Lisbonlaw Advogados, and SRS Advogados. She holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon, obtained in 2014, and also has a Master’s degree in Forensic Legal Sciences from the Faculty of Law, Nova University, as well as a Postgraduate degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon.
