Mariscal advises on Domes Pharma’s entry into the Spanish market
Mariscal Abogados has advised Dômes Pharma, a French company specialized in animal health and recognized expertise in a variety of therapeutic fields such as toxicology, neurology and ophthalmology of pets, in its entry into the Spanish market.
The transaction was lead by corporate partner to Mariscal, Irene Terrazas (pictured left), and senior associate Ruth Trullenque (pictured right).
Through corporate and tax advice, Mariscal has guided Dômes Pharma by means of incorporating its Spanish subsidiary and the corporate structure required for operating in the Spanish market, expanding the company’s business and providing the necessary legal support.
