Zurbarán advises Woflow on the acquisition of XtremeAI

Zurbarán Abogados has advised the US start up Woflow in its acquisition of XtremeAI, a spanish start up specialized in document digitalization and data management.

Woflow will now advise XtremeAI’s clients, among which are mainly the most important delivery companies.

Through this operation, Woflow will extend its services in the european market and will incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to its service offering.

The Zurbarán Abogados team advising on this deal has been led by Ricardo Torres (pictured), partner of the Corporate and Private Equity/Venture Capital department.
