Pérez-Llorca has advised on the capital increase and the opening of the new Centro Creciendo center in Madrid. To implement its national expansion plan, Centro Creciendo has incorporated Roger García as CEO and has approved a capital increase by which new investors have entered the project.

Both in the capital increase and in the opening of the new center in Madrid, Centro Creciendo has been advised by Pérez-Llorca. The lawyers who have participated in the operation have been Carmen Reyna and Borja Gil-Casares, partner and corporate lawyer.

This center has started its national expansion after four years of success in Alicante with the recent opening (April 2023) of a center in the Mirasierra neighborhood in Madrid. This center will represent the centerpiece of the future network of centers that the group will open in Spain.
