Cuatrecasas has relocated its Zaragoza office to the fourteenth floor of Torre Aragonia one of the landmark buildings of the city center.

Cuatrecasas has moved its office to the fourteenth floor of Torre Aragonia (Avenida Juan Pablo II, 35), one of the landmark buildings in the city center. This 78-meter high skyscraper stands out for its spacious, modern spaces – designed by the renowned architect Rafael Moneo – and for being located in the area of greatest socioeconomic development in the city, next to the City Hall, with direct connections to the airport and the AVE high-speed train station.

Twenty-eight collaborators, including professionals and organizational staff, have moved into the 680 square meters of the new facilities, located on a single floor to improve communication and team cohesion. In Torre Aragonia they will enjoy an open space and new internal meeting rooms or phone boxes, which aim to create a collaborative and eminently digital environment in a quiet and noise-free space. In addition, the glass curtain wall façade provides 360º views of the entire city of Zaragoza.

For Antonio García Lapuente, managing partner of the Zaragoza office, the new location will mean a significant improvement in service to clients. “After eighteen years providing our services from Costa Street and seven more years, previously, from Paseo de la Independencia, we opted for a building according to the XXI century and the digital environment that we are living in the world of law. The proximity and ease of communication between professionals in all areas of law will result in greater speed and efficiency in advising on all types of increasingly multidisciplinary and specialized matters,” he stresses.
