Andersen incorporates new director
Andersen has incorporated Álvaro Rifá Brun, as new director.
Álvaro Rifá joined Toda & Nel-lo at the end of 2019 from Uría Menéndez to promote Insolvency practice. He then worked for more than 2 years at Garrigues, as a senior associate, at its Barcelona office.
Álvaro now joins Andersen as a director in Spain. He will continue working in Barcelona and will combine his work as an associate professor at Pompeu Fabra University.
He is an insolvency receiver and specializes in such matters, as well as in civil and commercial litigation and financial and banking practice.
