Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) has advised Healthy Poke on its financial round of €1.3m.
Healthy Poke is a fast food company that was born in 2018 with the aim of offering fast, healthy and affordable food. Today, it has 33 of its own establishments around the country and a team of more than 200 people.
The GA_P team advising on this agreement was formed by the partner of M&A, David González (pictured) and the lawyer, Mónica Ojeda.
