Eversheds Sutherland advises on an agreement to develop a 500 MW hybrid project

Eversheds Sutherland has advised Eolus Vind Ab, a swedish wind energy contractor, in relation to an agreement for the development of a hybrid project with a potential of more than 500 MW of installed solar, wind and energy storage capacity in Spain. The project is located 120km north of Alicante.

The transaction has been led by counsel, head of the energy practice, Rafael Cruz, assisted by associates Martín Melgarejo and Elena Godoy Gascuñana, as well as their regulatory and real estate teams specialising in energy.
