Andersen advises T3N on Harrison’s Street deal
Andersen has advised T3N Sport & Investment (T3N) on the agreement with US fund Harrison Street for the development of sports and educational complexes, which will start with the launch of the ESC LaLiga & NBA Madrid Village project.
The agreement foresees an investment of €300 million in projects to be developed in Spain and other countries such as the United States, Japan and Mexico.
The complex is located in Villaviciosa de Odón and will have 42,000 m2 for football fields, a basketball hall and gymnasium for high performance, educational facilities with an American school and sports and postgraduate training, and will host sports programmes provided by the LaLiga Academy and the NBA International Academy. The centre will also have a student residence for 450 athletes developed on a coliving model.
