CMS advises on the acquisition of Binary
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo advises Asolvi, the norgwegian company, on the acquisition of spanish company Binary.
The firm has advised the norwegian company Asolvi, a global provider of Field Service Management (FSM) software services for companies and majority owned by Volpi Capital and Viking Venture, in the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Binary Soluciones Informáticas, a technology company with a subsidiary in Colombia and a branch in Argentina, dedicated to the development and commercialisation of software. Through this acquisition, Asolvi enters for the first time in the Spanish and Latin American market.
The team, in coordination with CMS Colombia and an Argentinean law firm, has been led by Pedro Ferreras, Aleksandra Czajka and Irene Carol, from CMS Barcelona.
