GA_P advises on the acquisition of the insurance broker Galilea, valued at 35M

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the partners of Söderberg & Partners on the acquisition of the insurance broker Galilea, valued at 35 million euros.

The GA_P team was led by Daniel Marin Moreno and Beatriz Dosdá Arnal, partner and associate of mercantil.

Galilea was controlled by JZ International (JZI) which owned 74% of the capital. The remaining 26% was owned by Jose Maria Galilea, president of the company and son of the company’s founder, Vicente Galilea.
