Lener promotes two new partners for its mercantile area
Lener has appointed María José Torres Padilla and Javier González Villar as new partners in the corporate area. These promotions are part of Lener’s strategy in its firm commitment to career development.
María José joined Lener two years ago as an associate in the Seville office. Specialised in commercial law, she also has extensive experience in insolvency law as an insolvency administrator, restructuring and distressed M&A transactions.
Throughout her extensive experience, María José has coordinated corporate restructuring processes, due diligence, company acquisitions, social liability actions, corporate conflicts, commercial contracts and general advice to family businesses.
Javier joined the Vigo office in 2013, working in the areas of civil, commercial and insolvency law. With almost twenty years of experience, Javier has participated in relevant projects in the food, construction and commerce sectors, having been appointed insolvency administrator in numerous national insolvency proceedings.
These promotions are part of Lener’s strategy in its firm commitment to career development in the firm, promoting younger professionals to positions of responsibility and recognition.
