MLAB hires Roberto Vallina as new partner

MLAB Abogados has hired Roberto Vallina, ex partner at RocaJunyent, as a EU and competition law partner

Roberto began his training as an intern at the Court of Justice of the European Union, later worked as a lawyer in large firms such as Uría Menéndez and MLAB Abogados, and as a partner at RocaJunyent. Currently, he is a non-governmental advisor for the Spanish Competition Authority (CNMC) in the international network of competition authorities and has become a partner at MLAB Abogados, where he already worked, in the area of EU and competition law.

Roberto posted on his social networks “I am delighted to take up this project again and that María V. is joining me in it. We both now have the opportunity to join a team with extensive experience in disciplinary proceedings, mergers, damages claims and proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union”.
