Ceca Magán Abogados reinforces its labour team

Ceca Magán Abogados has reinforced its labour team with the incorporation of Blanca Liñán Hernández (pictured left) as director of the area together with her team formed by Sandra Ríos Bouza (pictured right, manager) and Claudia Zabala Sanz (lawyer). With these new recruits, the labour area now has more than 45 professionals.

Liñán Hernández holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has more than 12 years’ experience as a lawyer in law firms and as Director of Legal Consultancy at the multinational Hilti.

She also has extensive experience in advising on the resolution of individual and collective labour disputes, being an expert in strategic consultancy for people management, oriented to an international market, and with extensive expertise in preventive advice to companies, collective bargaining, design of remuneration policies and systems, as well as legal assistance in court.

“I look forward to joining this excellent team of employment lawyers at a time when mere legal advice has become obsolete, and it is increasingly necessary that it is accompanied by the right strategic vision of business and people management.
