Linklaters advises on €300m perpetual securities issue

Linklaters has advised on the issue of €300m of perpetual securities convertible into shares qualifying as additional tier 1 (AT1) capital of Bankinter.

Bankinter is a spanish financial institution that operates through the internet. The firm offers different types of products and services, as well as customer advice, aggregators and product simulators.
