CMS Portugal advises on the purchase of Fórum Barreiro   

CMS Portugal has advised Finangeste, a credit recovery company, in the purchase of 100% of the shares of Multi 24, which owns Fórum Barreiro from Banco Comercial Português (“BCP”).  

The team from CMS Portugal advising on this deal was led by (pictured from left to right) Partners Sara Blanco de Morais (Urban Planning), Francisco Xavier de Almeida (Corporate M&A) and the Managing Associate Tiago Valente de Oliveira (Corporate M&A).

The team also included David Pratas Brito (Associate, Urban Planning), André Guimarães (Associate, Corporate M&A) and Francisco Verdelho (Associate, Corporate M&A).
