Andersen advises on the sale of MFI group to Fielmann
Andersen has advised the spanish group MFI (Medical Fomento Industrial), a supplier of optics and acoustics in northern Spain, on the sale of the group companies Ibervisión (Ibervisión Servicios Ópticos), Medop (Medop) and Elaboria (Elaboria) to the Hamburg-based firm, Fielmann.
Through this transaction, the Fielmann Group enters Spain, in line with its plans to achieve market leadership in the country in the medium term, while the MFI Group accelerates its expansion by gaining access to an international supply chain and a superior omni-channel platform.
