PLMJ advises on JV with Europi & Bedrock

PLMJ has advised Ecologis – a joint venture between the Swedish group Europi Property Group and Bedrock Capital Partners – on the acquisition of a new portfolio of logistics assets from several real estate funds managed by Santander Asset Management.

PLMJ’s multidisciplinary team included Sofia Gomes da Costa, Fernando Costal Carinhas and Sofia Coutinho, from the Real Estate and Tourism area, and Gonçalo dos Reis Martins and Nuno Morgado Pereira, from the Banking and Finance area.

This real estate portfolio comprises a gross construction area of approximately 24,000m², including, among others, a set of six warehouses in the Norcentro business and logistics center, in Alverca, and a warehouse in Quinta da Marquesa, in Palmela, all occupied by reference in the national market.

This is Ecologis’ fifth operation in less than a year, increasing the area owned by the joint
venture for more than 150,000 m².
