Across Legal on the investment in Mobile Media Content

Across Legal has advised Caixa Capital Risc on its investment in Mobile Media Content, which has closed a €2.5 million financing round to boost the international growth of its 3D Digital Venue platform.

Headquartered in Barcelona and San Francisco, Mobile Media Content focuses its activity on digitizing sports or cultural facilities to automate content production and distribute them through the SaaS platform 3D Digital Venue. In Europe, it has a wide presence in sports clubs of the different professional football leagues, such as LaLiga, Premier League, Serie A, or in motorsport events such as Formula 1.

The team from Across Legal advising Caixa Capital Risc was formed by the partner, Ignacio Lacasa (pictured), together with the lawyers, Marc Pereta and Clara Bernadí.
