Solventis incorporates Seresco to BME Growth, the advisors

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the Solventis Group as underwriter in the process of incorporating Seresco into BME Growth.

With its IPO, Seresco will become the thirteenth company to join BME Growth so far this year and the third in the technology sector. Seresco is a technology company that provides solutions in IT infrastructures and systems, digital transformation, payroll and human resources management. It also specialises in land registry management and cartography and the development of innovative software, tailored to specific needs such as precision agriculture.

Solventis is an independent financial group founded in 2002 by a group of professionals from different areas of investment banking with the aim of presenting a new concept in financial services.
