Ejaso hires a new partner for its commercial department
Ejaso has hired Víctor Sánchez Méntrida (pictured) as a new partner for its commercial department. During the last months, the firm has also hired other professionals to continue strengthening this area, such as Enrique A. González and Blanca Monteoliva, who joined the corporate team of the A Coruña office as partner and associate, respectively.
Sánchez Méntrida holds a degree in law from the CEU Luis Vives University in Alcalá de Henares and a master’s degree in corporate legal consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid (IE Law School).
He also has more than 20 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on corporate law, incorporation and sale and purchase of companies and foreign investments and real estate law, among other areas.
