GA_P advises Impax on the sale of a 36 MW PV plant
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Impax Asset Management on the sale to Sonnedix of Fraile Hive, owner of a 36 MWp plant located in Herencia, Ciudad Real.
During 2019, UK-based Impax Asset Management acquired the rights to this project and has developed the project to date. The 36 MWp Fraile PV plant is expected to generate 78 GWh of clean electricity during its first year of operation.
