Cuatrecasas in the expansion of a university campus in the Canary Islands
Cuatrecasas has advised a real estate management company on the acquisition of a building for the subsequent expansion of a university campus in the Canary Islands.
The aim of this agreement is to combine two properties, one of them owned by the company being advised, to set up a project that will be dedicated to teaching.
The Cuatrecasas team was formed by the partner, Antonio Garcia Lapuente (pictured) and the lawyer, Ignacio Liria, from the Corporate and M&A practice areas.
