KPMG Abogados on the sale of Telecomunicación de Levante 

KPMG Abogados has advised Verne Technology Group on the sale to Zener Encitel of 100% of Telecomunicación de Levante and its subsidiaries, Digital-Cable de Levante and Digicall Levante. 

Based in Alicante, Telecomunicación de Levante is a spanish firm based specialised in the purchase and sale of electrical and telecommunications equipment. It belongs to Zener, a business group specialised in the telecommunications sector that develops comprehensive turnkey projects for the main global operators. It also provides services in areas such as energy, civil works, security or industrial maintenance.
