CMS advises PIB Group on the acquisition of Engloba 

CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised PIB Group on the acquisition of Engloba, a Zaragoza-based brokerage specialised in personal lines insurance. 

Founded in 2015, PIB is a growing group of insurance advisory businesses. With the acquisition of Engloba, it has now acquired a total of 4 insurance brokerages in Spain.  

The team from CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo advising PIB Group was formed by the partner, Jaime Bofill (pictured) together with the lawyers, Guillermo Ruiz Barrilero, Andrea Campos and Ana Pellejero.
