The advisors of the acquisition of a FTTH access network of MásMóvil
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised Macquarie, Aberdeen, Daiwa and Arjun on the acquisition of a FTTH access network located in rural areas of several spanish provinces belonging to MásMóvil, advised by Pérez-Llorca.
Hailing from Spain, MásMóvil specialises in telecommunications and operates through its main brands: Yoigo, Pepephone, Lebara, Lyca Mobile, among others. Since October 2019, it is also present in Portugal with the brands Nowo and Oni.
The company, controlled by Anglo-Saxon funds KKR, Cinven and Providence, has reached an agreement to sell a network of 500,000 fibre to the home (FTTH) accesses and is currently being built in small municipalities where MásMóvil’s current fibre network does not reach.
