BDO Abogados has integrated Alemany & Muñoz de la Espada (AME) to strengthen its insolvency team in Madrid,
AME partners Dolores Alemany and Rafael Muñoz de la Espada join BDO Abogados together with a team of nine professionals specialised in restructuring and insolvency, corporate and M&A and labour law.
Dolores Alemany holds a law degree, a master’s degree in corporate legal advice from IE and a diploma in tax studies from CETE. She is currently vice-president of the Belgian and Luxembourg chamber of commerce in Spain and insolvency and judicial administrator. She joins BDO as head of the restructuring and insolvency practice in Madrid,
Rafael Muñoz de la Espada is a lawyer specialised in corporate restructuring who has worked for various public entities and is a lecturer at different business schools.
