Grant Thornton on the merger of Twentyfour Seven with Smile TV
Grant Thornton has advised Twentyfour Seven, owned by private equity fund Nexxus Iberia, on its merger with Smile TV.
As a result of the deal, Smile TV will operate under the TwentyFour Seven umbrella, with the two groups merging their centres in Barcelona and Lisbon.
The production company will also incorporate a multimedia production team, reinforcing the creative services for the entire TwentyFour Seven network, which develops audiovisual projects for different brands, advertising agencies and other production companies.
