Pinsent Masons hires new partner
Pinsent Masons has hired Francisco Aldavero (pictured) as a new partner in its Madrid office. With this incorporation, the firm looks foward to strengthen the team at a national level.
Francisco Aldavero is a recognised specialist in M&A and private equity transactions in Spain. He also holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a master’s degree in legal advice from IE.
With more than 30 years of experience, Aldavero developed his professional career at EY Abogados, where he led the M&A and private equity practices since 2016. Previously, he was a partner at Araoz & Rueda for two decades and a lawyer at Gómez Acebo & Pombo.
