Cuatrecasas in Aludium’s first promissory note program

Cuatrecasas has advised Aludium Transformación de Productos on the registration of a €50m corporate promissory note programme in the MARF (Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija).

This represents the company’s first commercial paper programme to be registered on the MARF, with the aim of broadening its access to qualified investors. The notes issued under the programme will have maturities ranging from three days to a maximum of two years.

With more than 60 years of experience, Aludium specialises in the industrial manufacture of all types of special aluminium and aluminium alloy products in any form or composition. It has three factories and, in addition to its own production, it also manages third-party distribution, operating in strategic sectors such as energy and thermal insulation, construction, packaging, tools, devices and transport.

The team from Cuatrecasas advising Aludium was formed by the partner, Miguel Cruz (pictured) together with the lawyer, Jerónimo Poza.
