SRS Advogados appoints new head of compliance
SRS Advogados has appointed Milène Zorrón (pictured) as new head of compliance and head of german desk. She will also take on the role of lead analytical analyst.
Milène Zorrón worked previously at the deutsche bank in Berlin as assistant vice president, as well as team head for anti-financial crime.
With more than 25 years of experience, she graduated in law and social sciences from the national law school of the federal university of RÍo de Janeiro and has a master in environmental law and social sciences from Estácio de Sá University in Brazil.
Her current areas of practice include compliance, money laundering, data protection and analysis, M&A, due diligence and crisis management.
“Milène’s arrival represents a step forward in the path SRS has been taking. She is an important addition to our compliance team and will be an important link to our german-speaking clients, as well as being responsible for the german desk at SRS.
