PradaGayoso advises Orchestra on its debt restructuring
PradaGayoso has advised the children’s fashion firm, Orchestra, on the restructuring of its debt with its creditors.
Orchestra filed for insolvency proceedings in July 2020, but has continued to operate during this time. The company has six of its own shops and one under franchise contract.
The viability plan presented to creditors seeks to strengthen and expand the current network of retail outlets, as well as boosting e-retailing.
“It has been demonstrated that the value of the company in operation was greater than the value of the assets separately,” said Orchestra’s general manager in Spain, David Aucouturier.
The team from PradaGayoso advising Orchestra was formed by the partner, Francisco Prada (pictured) together with the lawyer, Marta Pinillos.
