Ramón y Cajal advises Bankinter on private share placement
Ramón y Cajal has advised Bankinter in connection with the €23.7 million preliminary private placement of shares to qualified investors, prior to the initial listing of all Umbrella Solar Investment shares on BME Growth.
Bankinter has led the structuring and placement of the capital increase and subsequent listing on BME Growth, which also acts as liquidity provider and execution agent.
Umbrella Solar Investment is a vertically integrated solar photovoltaic group with a presence in Spain and Chile that develops its business in the different phases of the value chain in the solar photovoltaic energy sector.
