Latham & Watkins and Garrigues on the acquisition of Transportes Fuentes
Latham & Watkins and Garrigues have advised Lineage Logistics Holdings, a global firm specialised in the temperature-controlled logistics industry, on the acquisition of Transportes Fuentes.
By this deal, Lineage Logistics seeks to strengthen its presence in cold storage distribution in the main markets of southern and western Europe by incorporating the fleet of more than 500 vehicles and trailers, the 6 logistics centres, the refrigerated warehouse and the service platform of Transportes Fuentes, which has a presence in Murcia, Galicia, Madrid, Navarra, Valencia and the Netherlands.
The team from Latham & Watkins advising Lineage Logistics was formed by the partner, José Antonio Sánchez-Dafos (pictured left); the senior associate, Ori Assa (pictured top right) and the associate, Carmen Herrera (pictured bottom right).
