BDO advises SEPI on the granting of a €250m aid

BDO Abogados has advised SEPI’s solvency support fund for strategic companies for more than €250m in the granting of aid to the companies Wamos, Hesperia, Vivanta, Vicinay and Isastur in order to solve the financial difficulties caused by Covid-19.

The firm has provided legal advice in the analysis of the eligibility conditions of the companies applying for the aid and in the preparation of the financing contracts that articulate the granting of the aid.

The team from BDO Abogados advising SEPI was led by the partner, Pablo Albert (pictured); the directors, Iván Picó and Mariano Núñez-Samper and the senior manager, Lucía Segarra.
