Ecija with FCC and Unión Financiera Asturiana on various transactions

Ecija’s Capital Markets team has advised Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas (FCC) and Unión Financiera Asturiana on various equity and debt transactions closed between June and July 2022 worth more than EUR 220 million.

In particular, Ecija has advised FCC on the approval, execution and distribution of a flexible dividend for a maximum amount of 170 million euros, and on the approval and execution of a capital decrease in the amount of €1.7 million. Finally, Ecija has advised Unión Financiera Asturiana on the setting up of a programme for the issuance of promissory notes for a nominal amount of EUR 50 million.
