Linklaters advises Casavo on a €300m financing facility

Linklaters has advised Casavo, the digital residential platform, on a €300m financing facility from Intesa Sanpaolo, Viola Credit and other leading institutional lenders.

Founded in 2017, Casavo started as a direct home buyer, known in the market as “Instant Buyer”. It also responds to other players in the real estate sector, such as agents, banks and renovation companies, generating value for all those involved.

Linklaters advising team was formed by the partner, Alejandro Meca (pictured), and the counsel, Juan María Lamo.
