CMS Portugal strengthens partnership
Gonçalo Madeira has joined the team of partners at CMS Portugal. The lawyer, who comes from Cuatrecasas, will join the Litigation practice area of the firm.

Throughout his professional career, Gonçalo Madeira has been involved in conflicts resulting from commercial relations between companies, namely in the context of purchase and sale contracts, works contracts, agency contracts or commercial concession contracts in general, between others. He also acts in the context of conflicts related to non-contractual civil liability and in the context of insolvency proceedings.
