Araoz & Rueda has advised Beka Finance on the acquisition of Trea Asset Management.
Trea AM is an independent asset management firm with long-only and alternative investment capabilities, founded in 2006. Its team has more than 70 people, including 30 investment professionals. It is based in Madrid and specialises in tailor-made solutions for institutional customers.
