Pérez-Llorca and Uría Menendez advises on the sale of Gunni & Trentino
Pérez-Llorca has advised the private equity firm Suma Capital on the acquisition of 40% of Gunni & Trentino, the high-end home design and decoration company, advised by Uría Menendez. This deal expects to double Gunni’s turnover in four years and reach 100 million euros.
The acquisition of the Madrid-based company from existing shareholders, is intended to boost its activity and double its turnover.
