KWM and Deloitte in the sale of a four-star hotel complex in Majorca
King & Wood Mallesons (“KWM“) has advised the owners of the Hotel Bamboo Alcudia on the sale of this four-star hotel complex located in Majorca to Atalaya, an investment fund led by Andbank, Navis Capital and THB Hotels.
The hotel will undergo an intense rehabilitation that will allow the transformation of the current apartment complex into a four-star hotel establishment, with 208 rooms and two outdoor swimming pools.
The team of lawyers that has participated in the transaction has been led by the partner and director of the Real Estate team José Antonio Calleja (pictured left).
