Garrigues Portugal advises Cleanwatts on €25m investment

The Lisbon office of Garrigues has advised Cleanwatts on a Series A investment round, under which Verdade will invest up to €25 million. This is one of the largest Series A investment rounds by a Portuguese company and living proof that the VC market is becoming increasingly active in Portugal during the post-pandemic period. The Garrigues team was coordinated by partner Mário Lino Dias (pictured), with the participation of lawyers Rafaela Reina and Pedro Callapez.
