Ayuela Jiménez advises DCYCLE on €1m investment round
Ayuela Jiménez has advised Dcycle, a startup that helps companies measure and control the environmental impact of companies and reduce their carbon footprint, on an investment round of 1 million euros, in which the investors have been Angels, Juan Roig’s investment vehicle ; DraperB1, an investment fund focused on early-stage startups; BStartup, from Banco Sabadell; and Ship2B Ventures, a venture capital firm specializing in impact startups.
Dcycle, which was born in the midst of a pandemic thanks to its founders’ idea of entrepreneurship focused on the sustainability of companies, uses environmental intelligence to trace the value chain of products, making it easier for consumers to know the path to their recipient end, so that it calculates and values both the company’s direct emissions and those generated by third parties that come from the company’s activity.
Ayuela Jiménez advised Dcycle with the team formed by the partner Eduardo Ayuela and the lawyer Isabel Cano, helping with the structuring, coordination and execution of the legal aspects of the investment round in coordination with the investors’ legal teams.
