Ignacio de Arias joins MA Abogados

Ignacio de Arias Sancristóval joins MA Abogados as of counsel strengthening the law firm tax department.

He has extensive experience in corporate restructuring operations and financing contracts, venture capital, sale and purchase of companies, real estate sales and purchases, taxation of groups of companies, renewable energies and indirect taxation (VAT), family wealth advice and family business.

Tax Inspector of the Provincial Council of Alava from 1987 to 1998 (joined Cuatrecasas Abogados). Partner of Cuatrecasas Abogados, Tax Department in Madrid, with responsibility for groups of professionals, leading multidisciplinary teams in operations and recurrent tax advice, until 2008.nIn 2008 he created his own tax and asset advisory firm: Arias y Alastrué, SLP, which currently comprises four professionals.
