Abreu advises Idealista on acquisition of company that owns HCPro software
Abreu Advogados has advised the real estate marketplace, Idealista, on the acquisition of Smiling Cloud Lda, a leading proptech in the real estate solutions management in Portugal, which develops and operates the HCPro software.
Idealista is the main real estate marketplace in Southern Europe, leader in Portugal, Spain and Italy. This acquisition is part of its growth and technological expansion strategy, resulting in a greater development and specialisation of its services.
